How an everyday frustration became a platform trusted by thousands of Indian group travellers.
The Problem We Lived
Like most Indians, our founders had booked tempo travellers the old-fashioned way — through local agents who quoted verbally, charged extra mid-trip, and occasionally sent a vehicle that bore no resemblance to what was confirmed. A family pilgrimage to Haridwar, a corporate event in Jaipur, a school trip that turned chaotic — the stories were the same everywhere. Group travel was expensive, stressful, and full of nasty surprises.
The First Step — Delhi NCR
We started with a simple idea: publish real per-km rates, confirm every booking in writing, and only work with operators whose vehicles and drivers we had personally verified. Delhi NCR — with its dense corporate travel, pilgrim routes, and wedding culture — was the natural starting point. Within months, word spread through WhatsApp groups and corporate travel desks: here was a tempo traveller service that actually did what it said.
Growing Across India
Requests from Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai started arriving before we had operators in those cities. We expanded methodically — verifying each operator, standardising pricing structures, and building per-locality pages so travellers could compare rates in their own neighbourhood. Today we cover 25 cities with over 1,100 locality-level booking pages.
The Fleet That Grew With Demand
What started as 9 and 12 seater Force Traveller bookings expanded naturally. Schools needed 17 seaters. Weddings wanted 20 seaters. Large corporate offsites required 26 and 30 seater luxury coaches. Today our fleet spans all six capacity categories — each with AC, GPS tracking, and a verified driver — so no group is too large or too small.
Where We Are Today
Thousands of trips completed. Hundreds of repeat customers. A booking process that takes three WhatsApp messages. GST-compliant invoices on every trip. No hidden charges. That is the promise we made at the beginning, and it is the promise we keep on every booking today. Our story is still being written — one group trip at a time.
