1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Book My Tempo Traveller website (bookmytempotraveller.com) or placing a booking with us via WhatsApp or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings are confirmed only after a written confirmation (WhatsApp message or email) from our team.
  • A verbal or quoted price is subject to confirmation and may be revised before a written booking confirmation is issued.
  • Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Advance payment terms, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

3. Pricing

  • All prices quoted are on a per-kilometre basis unless otherwise stated.
  • A minimum kilometre guarantee applies to all bookings — this will be disclosed in the confirmed quote.
  • Toll charges, state border taxes, and parking fees are charged at actuals and are not included in the per-km rate unless explicitly stated.
  • Driver allowance (bata) for outstation trips is included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the applicable rate will be added to the booking amount. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued on request.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of any advance payment made, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • 24–48 hours before departure: 50% of the advance payment may be retained as a cancellation charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Up to 100% of the advance payment may be retained.
  • Cancellation terms may differ for specific bookings (e.g. holiday season, long-distance outstation). Any variations will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must not consume alcohol, smoke, or carry prohibited substances inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers are responsible for the safety of their own luggage and belongings.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party at the cost of repair or replacement.
  • The driver has the right to refuse travel to passengers who are behaving in a disorderly or unsafe manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

Book My Tempo Traveller acts as a booking facilitator and is not the owner or operator of the vehicles. While we take reasonable steps to verify operators and drivers, we are not liable for accidents, delays, or incidents that occur during transit. Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfil a booking caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, curfews, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
